Post-Maintenance Update – Review Your ThruNode Flows
The scheduled maintenance on February 5 was successfully completed, and our SSL certificate management updates are in place to ensure smooth service continuity.
However, as part of this update, we had to roll back the Content API in the US region to restore functionality for our customers relying on the upload widget. This was a Severity 1 issue for some customers, as their workflows depended entirely on the widget.
As a result of this rollback, some ThruNodes in the US region may have experienced issues. We kindly ask customers to review their flows and verify that file deliveries via ThruNode were not impacted.
