Thru Customers hosted in our UK Data Center, please note that maintenance is scheduled for:
November 15, 2020 00:00 AM to 4:00 AM UTC / 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM (BST) / 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (EST)
In an ongoing effort to provide the absolute highest quality of service to our customers, Thru will be initiating Data Center (DC) upgrades and maintenance. All services associated with your Thru Sites in our UK DC will be down during the maintenance period. We anticipate the maintenance to be less than four hours.
Due to the nature of the upgrades and maintenance Thru does anticipate the following changes for our customers.
• Email SPF records whitelist change to: 18.104.22.168
• HTTP\HTTPS IP address changes: 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199
• FTP(S)\SFTP IP white list address changes: 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124
Customers that are utilizing HTTPS for connecting to Thru should experience very little change.

LHR-FTP.thruinc.net was resolving to 126.96.36.199. Please note the change to 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124
