In an ongoing effort to provide the absolute highest quality of service to our customers, Thru will be initiating Data Center (DC) upgrades and maintenance on Oct 3, 2020 @ midnight AEST. All services hosted in our Australian DC will be down during the maintenance period. We anticipate the maintenance to be less than four hours and with a minimal amount of disruption. Do to the nature of the upgrades and maintenance Thru does anticipate the following changes for our customers.

Customers that are utilizing DNS naming for connecting to Thru should experience very little change.
