Effective Monday March 1st 2021, Thru will no longer support unencrypted FTP (Plain FTP). Only secure FTP (SFTP/FTPS) connections will be permitted. If you are using plain FTP we recommend changing to FTPS or SFTP secure transfers before February 28th. Please contact support@thruinc.com as soon as possible if you have any questions or need additional support.
